This service is designed to reeducate our customers on the proper maintenance and operation of their gas fireplace and ensure proper operation for the upcoming home heating season.

The A-1 Mechanical Annual Startup will include the following:

Complete Fireplace Refurbishment

• Clean fireplace cavities and heat exchanger.
• Remove and clean glass.
• Remove logs, vacuum burner and inner cavity, and place new ember
materials, and set up logs to optimum performance (Place new MYSTIC
EMBER material around fireplace floor and in burner).
• Touch up paint on front of fireplace (when neccessarry).

Complete Diagnostic Fireplace System Inspection

• Check burner, pilot, wiring, ignitor, and valve for proper operation (gas
pressure check, millivolt readings on pilot and ohms reading on valve).
• Test all options (fans, remotes, etc) for proper operation.
• Check venting for any obstructions.
• Test fire entire fireplace system to ensure performance.

• 10% savings on fan kits, fan filters, decorative fronts, refractory, and
remote controls.
