Unsolicited, I am writing you to commend an employee of yours, an on call service technician who came to our home on 1/21/12 and got our furnace running reliably again. Our furnace problem was an intermittent one and admittedly harder to diagnose. When Ben came out I described what I had seen the furnace doing and he set out to diagnose and solve the problem. Within one hour, he had definitively diagnosed the faulty pressure switch problem and replaced the pressure switch, getting the furnace reliably running again on a day when it was in single digit temps outside. But, not only was Ben technically savvy and proficient, he also had a very positive and customer service-oriented attitude and demeanor. Thanks.

                       I wanted to take time to write regarding my extremely positive experience with A-1 Mechanical. I had three companies come to my house [for a furnace estimate.] Bob [from A-1] was the sales rep that took the time to research my needs and offer suggestions as to which furnace would be the appropriate one for my home. I called him several times in the process between other companies suggestions as well. Each time he answered my calls promptly, was patient with me and gave the straight forward information. Bob went the extra mile to make sure all was well on the job site. He hand delivered the information I needed for reimbursement with my home warranty company. I had the pleasure of having Andy assigned to install the furnace and he was a pleasure to have in my home. Andy took the time to show me how to install a new pad in my humidifier. He even cleaned up the job site when he was finished! A company is only as reputable as the people who work for them, and A-1 Mechanical should be commended for the high caliber of it's professional employees, Bob & Andy. Again, thanks to them a troublesome situation was turned into a positive experience in th eend.
