Our thermostat died in the middle of the night. A-1 Mechanical sent a technician out in the morning to fix it right away. Very pleased with how quick it was fixed. Chad did a great job.
Chad was on-time, friendly, and professional. He was able to repair my furnace for a much lower cost than what I was anticipating. I was so happy with Chad that I signed up to have A-1 come check my AC in the spring.
They were so professional and responsive in calls. Took the time to explain what they were doing and what was needed. They did a great job and kept their work area clean. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.
I called A1 as soon as they opened because our furnace had stopped working during the night. Hayden was at our house in less than an hour and was very polite and professional the whole time. He worked with me to at least get our heat working again for a few days while we scheduled a new furnace installation.
Chad was super down to earth and very knowledgeable. But my favorite part about him was is honesty. He fixed an issue with my heater in all of 30 minutes, while another HVAC contractor deemed my system inoperable and needing to be replaced. THANKS CHAD @ A-1 Mechanical. I owe you one
Very pleased with our new heat pump (first time with central air!) and with A-1 more generally. They were personable and straightforward when they came to give a free quote: wrote up several options at different price points and didn't push for the upsell, just laid out the specs of each and answered all our questions. The installation tech was likewise friendly and clear about everything he was doing - he even let me know when he needed to pop out for ~20 mins to machine a piece to connect the new system to our current one. & helpful orientation to the new smart thermostat that I felt took into account my level of comfort with tech/they were ready to go more in-depth if I seemed less confident with the system. Really great guys at a reasonable price, definitely recommend!
I've used this company before. They are always prompt. Letting us know beforehand about how long it'll be before they reach our home. I appreciate the timely manner and work they do. Always gets to work once they arrive. Joe came out today was very prompt, showed up earlier than expected. Which I did appreciate. Answered the questions we had. Joe does know his stuff. I recommend this company to anyone.
Our furnace stopped working yesterday and A-1 Mechanical was the only company that could visit in this same day. Turns out that it was a simple repair, but one that saved us from having no heat. The tech, Larry, was responsive, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Good job
A1 was very quick to arrive after calling. The technician, Hayden, was very professional and knowledgeable. My circuit board was bad, he provided a quoted price on the spot and the part was in within 48hrs. Additionally signed up for N annual plan with them, in large part do to the comfort level we had with Hayden working on our system. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC work.
Tom Williams and A-1 were fantastic! We needed a ventilation system for our laser cutters and other printing equipment in our new shop. Tom designed it with us and our equipment suppliers quickly, and then his team installed it flawlessly and within our aggressive deadline. They are amazing to work with and very responsive to every detail and phone call, text, and email! Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again on our next bigger shop!
