The tech, Larry was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions even some about newer furnace systems/heat pumps.
Chad arrived at the scheduled time and went through everything he was checking and explained what he was finding. He answered my questions and helped arrange to get Don out to provide a quote on a new furnace as repair on mine was not worth it compared to the cost to install a new furnace. Don looked everything over, answered my questions, and told me the quote for installation of a new furnace would be to me shortly. I got it about an hour after he left and connected with him to answer any lingering questions I had before proceeding.
Install has not yet happened but with the service I have received so far, I am expecting everything to go smoothly.

Chad was very helpful and courteous. He called 30 mins before arrival and arrived during the scheduled time. Chad showed me everything he was checking and explained what he was finding. Didn't take long to tune up and explained the different offers A-1 has for service. Will use this company again!

I was very pleased with Jay. He was personable and answered all my questions. He arrived on time and finished on time. I was pleased A-1 was able to install the new furnace so soon.
