Both the sales rep, Bob as well as the installer, Nate, were great. In terms of pricing, I received multiple estimates and all were in line with each other. I went with A-1 due to their good online reviews. They were responsive and came on time. The installation had some issues given the age of our house, but Nate was great about being patient and wouldn't leave until the job was done and I could really tell he cared about the quality of his work. Give that man a raise!

Don was professional, prompt, and efficient with my time. He didn't try to up sell even when I asked about higher-end products.
I had two parts on my AC system go out and Shane tested both and had both parts on him and promptly swapped them out and showed me exactly what he was doing and asked before he started if it was ok to proceed. Priced it all out Ahead of the work and I acknowledged that it was beyond my skill and agreed. Super happy!
