A-1 Mechanical sent Dominic to tune up our ceramic furnace & our gas fireplace. He not only repaired and tuned them, but he cleaned & polished them, too. He left not a trace of soot or dust behind.
Dominic is a super nice gentleman, as well, and I highly recommend his services.

Furnace failed at 2am on January 2. 15 degrees outside. The inside temperature was 57. Began calling for service at 8am when businesses open. First business said they could come on Monday? Second business said they could come next Thursday? Called A-1. They said they would arrive between 10a and 2a that day. Shane showed up at 10:30am! Yahoo! He was professional and friendly. He had the part in his truck and fixed the problem quickly. We are warm and happy! Thanks A-1 Mechanical!!!
I thought the technicians name was Chris, but I may be mistaken. At any rate he was great. Prompt, efficient, explained the problem and repaired the furnace and was gone in under an hour.
