Technician came out and got our issue fixed, same day. It was a bit of work but he did it in one go, left the area spotless and had everything working perfectly.

I appreciated Don's honesty and troubleshooting when I surprised him with wanting to move my furnace from the attic to main floor. He looked at it from all angles to determine what it entailed. He gave me options on furnaces and explained differences as well as answered all my many questions.
