Matt has been great. He drills down into the number (I mean many) issues we have had with our Carrier heat pump. We are a big fan of Matt, Carrier heat pumps, not so much.

The service representative Larry T. was on time and focused on all of my questions about service issues. He checked into possible heating and vent trouble in a bedroom and provided me with an appropriate resolution. He will also set up a future appointment to resolve a bathroom ventilation issue.
