Our AC went out a few days ago. Just had the visit from Don to look it over. Since the existing unit is over 40 years old, we'll obviously need a new one. Don went over what we'll need to replace along with the outside unit, and he was more optimistic than I was about how much work it would be. I still feel like I'm in good hands with these folks. A much more pleasant experience than I was expecting so far.

The installation happened today. The team did a great job and were very pleasant and considerate. Everything went smoothly and with fewer disruptions than I've experienced before. They were great.

I have had A1 Mechanical for several years. It has been hit and miss depending on which technician performed the maintenance. The technician who came out on this day gave the best and most thorough service I have experienced throughout the years. I hope that all technicians from this point forward will provide the service that Hayden did.
