Very pleased with our new heat pump (first time with central air!) and with A-1 more generally. They were personable and straightforward when they came to give a free quote: wrote up several options at different price points and didn't push for the upsell, just laid out the specs of each and answered all our questions. The installation tech was likewise friendly and clear about everything he was doing - he even let me know when he needed to pop out for ~20 mins to machine a piece to connect the new system to our current one. & helpful orientation to the new smart thermostat that I felt took into account my level of comfort with tech/they were ready to go more in-depth if I seemed less confident with the system. Really great guys at a reasonable price, definitely recommend!
Tom Williams and A-1 were fantastic! We needed a ventilation system for our laser cutters and other printing equipment in our new shop. Tom designed it with us and our equipment suppliers quickly, and then his team installed it flawlessly and within our aggressive deadline. They are amazing to work with and very responsive to every detail and phone call, text, and email! Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again on our next bigger shop! Hayden's attention to detail and knowledge of the AC system were a plus. I appreciated hearing my options for repair and the two week wait for a part only lasted a day. Work was done quickly, professionally, and thoroughly.

Joe showed up on time, was extremely professional, and most importantly, was honest about what was wrong with our pool heating system. What we needed done was outside of the scope of their work. A lot of companies nickel and dime people by charging a service charge for coming out but Joe waived that fee. We are very thankful because he was the 2nd guy we had come out for the same problem.
