I contacted A1 a week ago. A live person answered the phone! She told me a scheduler would call the next day and they did. Don from A1 really knew his stuff. We have a large, brick historic home. He took time to explain options and set realistic expectations. We look forward to their bid and likely will use them.

Distancing and wore a mask whenever we had any contact. In a matter of hours the whole AC system was replaced and up and running. My wife and I were most pleased with the work completed and the cost charged. I checked on line for comps and found I should expect this to cost several hundred dollars more for the unit installed. So we are quite pleased with the whole experience. I highly recommend A-1 Mechanical.
