Bob was very professional and very informative about my current system and possibly my new system.
I called because we want to upgrade our air conditioner. We have had it for 17 years it hasn't gave us any trouble in all that time. It is now time to change it before it quits as it has a leak. They sent Bob out and he arrived on time and was very professional. He explained everything to my husband about the cost and when they will be able to install it. I would definitely refer him to anyone else that is looking for a furnace or air conditioner. This is a good company and has good people working for them.

Nothing like your A/C going out in the middle of a heat wave! A-1 was able to get us a new air conditioner and furnace more quickly than other companies. Don, the salesman was thorough and got the estimate to me right away so I could make a decision. Jeff, the installer worked all day without a break to complete the job and get our air back up and running. He left everything clean and was very professional. I am very thankful for such good service.
