Chad was sent to assess my air conditioner which was not operating well. Although I am not happy with the outcome, i.e. my very old unit needs to be replaced, Chad arrived timely, performed his assessment, and handled his work and interaction with me professionally. (To Chad, I apologize for the look that had to be on my face when you gave me the bad news.)

Repaired a dual zone HVAC system that was installed incorrectly by another contractor & got the manufacturer to honor the warranty. They were very fast in installing the new units! Very much appreciated!!
