I so appreciated Michael's alert that he would arrive in 15 minutes…and he did! Very polite and self sufficient in providing maintenance for our air conditioner both inside and out!
Chad was very polite, nice and professional. When I asked questions he answered and explained what he was doing/and what he is looking for. Chad explained what needed to be done to correct the minor issues that he found. Chad did take the time to show me and walk me through what the issues are and explained what they would have do to repair/replace what needed to be done In order to fix the issues that we have.
