The AC quit on Friday night, and I didn't notice until I woke up Saturday morning. It was like, 82°! I called the online service Saturday morning, and Dominic squeezed me in that day. They fixed it that afternoon. I just wish they had a senior discount on weekends, ya know?

Shane has serviced my system since I purchased this home in 2013, and he always does an outstanding job. Was very happy to have him come today as it is getting hot.
He did a great job. He was so polite and explained everything to me. I had call the A1 office to let know the furnace filter size but no one from the office told him. It's not his fault that the filter didn't fit.
