The problem with my furnace was a total newbie mistake on my part. Russ didn't have to use any advanced diagnostic skills but he was kind about it!
Dominic was great. He diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. He was polite and professional. I was very grateful A-1 squeezed me in today on one of the coldest days of the year.

Russ called before he was headed to my home allowing me to stay at work and not be home waiting. This was truly appreciated. He came and was very polite and efficient. He covered his shoes and got to work. When he was done he showed me a few things and walked me through how to care for me new humidifier. He cleaned up everything he used and took all garbage with him. Great service was definitely received from this technican and company. Thank you Russ!
Good technical
A-1 went above and beyond for me! They came out to install a humidifier, but ended up also fixing a problem with the HVAC that I didn't know I had. They were polite, efficient and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend A-1 Mechanical!
