Great staff and service! I woke up to a dead furnace this morning. A-1 mechanical came out the same day, diagnosed, got the new parts, installed and had me back up and running by dinner. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you Dominic, and A-1 mechanical! Money well spent. I would definitely reccomend to a friend or family member moving forward.
Also, upon completion, everything was put back together, clean and organized. ????????
Kelly was quick on getting back with me and letting me know when Michael was on his way.. Michael was great help... he definitely knew what he was doing and let me know right away when there was a problem and gave helpful options. Thank you both for your help

Shane was Great, explained things as he went along and set everything up for us. Shane was a very pleasant person, I'd welcome him back anytime
Had issues with our battery-powered thermostat. Shane spent sufficient time diagnosing the problem and bottom line is that furnace is working again! Also impressed that A1 came out the next day after the evening we reported the outage on an after-hours line.
Great service & good prices! Furnace works so much better after a tune up. Came out to Jackson to help.
Chris from A-1 Mechanical provided routine maintenance for our furnace. The humidity level needed adjustment and he made it a point to show me how it works and made sure I knew how to change it. He was very courteous and professional. Excellent service.
Russ fixed our humidifier issue. Furthermore, he's a great listener, courteous, knowledgeable and patient.
