Shane W was very professional. He listened intently to my concerns and was conscientious in making sure he could restore power to the humidifier and install the new humidistat correctly. He was also efficient to keep my labor cost down.
Had an issue with my heater not turning off and Matt came over and within 5 minutes found the issue and made sure it was fixed before the left. Really appreciate the quick help and how professional and personal Matt was.
