Damonte performed our annual AC checkup. He found that a capacitor was weak and explained to us the function of a capacitor and what would occur if it went out completely. We appreciated that Damonte took the time to explain this to us and in language that we could understand. He did an excellent job. He is a nice friendly person.

Ahren did a great job and showed up on time. We had no issues, but after he left I turned the AC off and it wouldn't come back on. Ahren came back and resolved the issue, which was a loose wire in the hvac switch. He was very professional and didn't charge for the additional service.
