My furnace stopped working. A1 came out within a couple of hours. The repair was very fast which made the price a little high, but I always get good quality work from A1. And they will return for free within 30 days if the problem persists.

We’ve enrolled in the A-1 maintenance contract since 2000, when they first installed the HVAC in the house we’d purchased. They come out twice a year to make sure our furnace, a/c and air cleaner are performing properly. They change filters, etc. and let us know if there are any issues. Jason has been our regular technician for a while. He’s friendly, informative, punctual and professional. It’s reassuring to know these essential appliances are well tended. Also, when I called to make the appointment, they easily set it up less than a week later, with a time window of only a few hours.
