Imagine this: You call a mechanical contractor for a bid. They schedule it based on YOUR availability. The person shows up on time. They send you the bid when they say they will. On the Monday when you accept the bid, and ask when they could schedule the installation they say "How about Friday?" Then, they show up at the time they said they would! AND Jay was friendly, explained what he was doing, did it well, cleaned up after himself, and did it all in a fairly challenging townhouse unit.
