Chad came over quickly and diagnosed my dead thermostat problem. Was polite and professional. Unfortunately the thermo was still under warranty so have to wait til Honeywell sends me a replacement. Will definitely hire A1 to install it but will have to wait a couple weeks till arrives. Not happy with Honeywell thermo! BTW A1 was not the previous installer of the Honeywell thermo.
A1and Larry were great to work with and our heat & a/c systems are all tuned up and working at peak efficiency.
Don did a great job at our initial appointment. He got to know the layout of the home and is building a plan to install heating and cooling for our entire home. We discussed options for the wonky layout of our house and I trust with his experience that Don will have the best solution to our installation. Thanks Don!
On time - professional and very helpful explaining his service and what was needed to maintain and keep our furnace in tip top shape!
Ahren did a great job doing maintenance on my furnace and A/C. He even took a hose and cleaned up the A/C unit, which no one has ever done before.
