Larry diagnosed the furnace problem immediately. After I decided on a new furnace rather than a new fan motor, he contacted a furnace salesman who showed up within an hour. The issue was repaired the next day.

Larry was efficient and courteous. He explained the problem with our furnace clearly. He fixed what he could fix, but an additional part is necessary to get everything completely in order. He then scheduled an appointment to come back to do the rest. Larry is a real professional, and I was very pleased with his work.

I called just a few days ago to schedule a time for my furnace check up. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and in a time that worked best for me. The technician was on time and very nice. After about 30 minutes, he was done and said our furnace was in great condition, even for almost 16 years old. A-1 Mechanical is the only company we have ever used for our furnace needs. We are very happy with their service.
