We called around to some other local places. They seemed uninterested in our business. I called A-1 and they had us scheduled the same week.
It was the end of the week. Ahren had a previous call that took longer than expected. However, he called and asked if we still wanted service today.
With a hot weekend ahead, it was important to get this addressed. I expressed this. He totally understood and said he would be here in 15 minutes. He arrived and got right to work. Ahren diagnosed the issue, resolved it, and made some recommendations.

Timely, called yesterday and here at 1 pm today. Shane and Rob could not find an issue but peace of mind is worth the service charge, Thanks guys and A1 too.
Super friendly and very professional! He was so polite and answered all of our questions honestly and quickly. He did a very thorough assessment of our HVAC and did not blow any hot air regarding extra repairs!!!

A1 was able to,send somebody today. Chad did a great job, our air is back on and working. He checked it out and knew exactly what to fix. The parts were overpriced, but we paid the extra for the convenience of having them in stock and getting them installed now. Saved a little by joining the service program.
We've used A1 for twenty years, they did the original installation and have an annual checkup service agreement. We recommend highly.
