Our thermostat died in the middle of the night. A-1 Mechanical sent a technician out in the morning to fix it right away. Very pleased with how quick it was fixed. Chad did a great job.
Not certain that today's visit will solve the problem. The system is performing well thus far. Technician seems to have a good grasp on future steps to take if today's work does not prove out.
I called A1 as soon as they opened because our furnace had stopped working during the night. Hayden was at our house in less than an hour and was very polite and professional the whole time. He worked with me to at least get our heat working again for a few days while we scheduled a new furnace installation.
I want to thank everyone at A-1 Mechanical for their promptness and excellent service specially with the zero degree weather! Jason and Shane we're courteous and efficient.
