We’ve enrolled in the A-1 maintenance contract since 2000, when they first installed the HVAC in the house we’d purchased. They come out twice a year to make sure our furnace, a/c and air cleaner are performing properly. They change filters, etc. and let us know if there are any issues. Jason has been our regular technician for a while. He’s friendly, informative, punctual and professional. It’s reassuring to know these essential appliances are well tended. Also, when I called to make the appointment, they easily set it up less than a week later, with a time window of only a few hours.
A-1 has done a great job in both install and maintenance of our furnace. High quality workmanship with skilled and professional technicians. The employees care and do not pressure you into items you do not need and will take the time to explain what they are doing and what should be done now vs what can be done later.
Shane did a fantastic job with our heating maintenance request. He was courteous, professional, and explained everything that was happening. The pricing was extremely competitive, and A-1 was able to schedule maintenance for the very next day after I called. When we need HVAC work in the future, we will be going with A-1.
