I had issues with the first tech they sent out. He gave me a wrong quote, almost TWICE. And mis diagnosed the AC issue.
Got a call from management and they sent out a more experienced tech to provided a solid diagnosis that I could do myself.
He was very professional, listened to my concerns and opinions and made a solid diagnosis of the issue.
I am VERY happy with this resolution.

Received a very thorough inspection of the furnace. Maintenance tasks were performed. Chris did a great job. Very courteous and helpful.
