I reached out to A1 mechanical for a generic tune up and they sent a technician for a reasonable price who helped me with walking me through my unit as I am a first time home owner. He also escalated to his senior engineer for a problem which I was experiencing with one of my thermostats who sent us another technician free of charge to get the problem fixed. I would definitely recommend A1 mechanical and I will reach out for my future needs.
Joe was on time and got right to figuring out the problem. All done in about an hour. He was efficient and respectful. All good.
